We need to be able to calculate metrics for each period. The Period should be Sunday - Sat for a 7 day period and should be able to be changed with a CLI argument. If the week is incomplete then it would be from Sunday to the current day.

The team are currently Develop.me or Church Metrics, but other support teams will be added in the future.

Metrics for each team should be

  • Average first response time
  • Average resolution time
  • Average interactions till resolved
  • Number of tickets created
  • Number of tickets resolved

The following metrics should be reported at team level and at user level for each team

  • Number of interactions (by user)
  • Number of tickets resolved (by user)
