From meeting on September 21, 2023:

Add a field in the deployment layer to hold pre-defined battery life of receiver from vendor specifications

Looks like we have battery life columns for receivers for some of the vendors but they're mostly null
We can still include them in a column 'battery_life' although the majority will most likely be null
