He just put CustomTube aside for StarTube (which is a script for V3 btw), but he didn't discontinue it incase he changes his mind.

He said "The regular YouTube site is just too hard to work with unfortunately. V3 is much easier to work with."

It's likely unofficially discontinued for now.

Probably sick of having to fix everything that Youtube's constant updates change. Same thing happened with Windows 10 updates, which is what killed msstyle theming.
