Equivalents - Various view properties

Right now, the equivalents for various view properties are deeply lacking, as focus has previously been on Rx-style binding of data. However, it would be useful for those writing Rx-style binding and for others who do not want to use Rx to have the various view properties translating elegantly.

Such equivalents would likely belong in the jvm-runtime module in this project.
