Trying to duplicate course on Moodle 4.1.2 we hit an error message :

Log on the Apache server :
[autoindex:error] [pid 28564] [client 10.100.14.205:55508] AH01276: Cannot serve directory /var/www/html/local/courseduplication/: No matching DirectoryIndex (index.php) found, and server-generated directory index forbidden by Options directive
