Instances of gr:QualitativeValue #26

Hi all,

There are some subclasses of gr:QualitativeValue defined in UseCases/AmazonEC2/AmazonEC2_Vocabulary.ttl that should be modelled as instances, according to the definition of qualitative properties in GoodRelations (http://www.heppnetz.de/ontologies/goodrelations/v1.html#QualitativeValue)

For example, while :IOPerformance is well defined, :IOPerformance_High should be an instance of :IOPerformance.
