Provide feedback on eslint rewrite proposal

There is an open issue over on the eslint repo tracking a proposal to do a full rewrite of eslint.

Since eslint-formatter-todo is more or less abusing the formatter system to implement todos, and because the rewrite proposal is proposing a potential overhaul to the formatter system, it would be worth it for the maintainers of lint-todo to provide some feedback on the issue on how eslint might be able to expose better apis to support lint-todo.

I have the bad feeling that eslint-formatter-todo is becoming legacy…
Last commit is 2 years old, no comments have been made in eslint/eslint#16557

We are stuck on ESLint 8.24.0 in our codebase and are looking for a way to use ESLint V9 without loosing the TODOs feature…
