What happened?

if set update time every 1 sec - you can see freeze every 1 sec.
for example - drag the window across the screen.

I'm not sure what you're trying to say here.

If you're saying that if you drag any window across the screen there's a micro-freeze, then yes, that should be looked at.

If you're trying to say the desklet itself "freezes" every second: that's how it's designed. It's not meant to display a continous animation.
