Ordering icons in Systray applet #148

Is there a way to order icons in the status applet to put them in a different order? I can't figure out a way to change the ones that use the Xapp applet. Using panel edit mode doesn't work - since they aren't indivudual applets, panel edit mode moves them as a group, without changing the ordering. I couldn't see a way to configure this order in the applet settings menu, and I couldn't see any xapp-status files or folders in ~/.local/share/cinnamon/applets.

I couldn't find any documentation on the Xapp Status tray that didn't go way over my head, so I thought I'd ask here.
