expected behaviour:
The Project state filter menu should have the available options 'laufend' (currently running), 'upcoming' and 'completed'

behaviour:
The Project state filter menu only lists 'upcoming'. This leads to all kinds of weird behavior/ user flows but in summary it makes it impossible/ very hacky to use the filter for finding a project or plan with a specific status.
