Drawing triggers a scroll on IE10 Touch #25

In a computer shop, I tried scri.ch on Microsoft Surface ans other touch screens.
Drawing does not work: one finger move do scroll.

scri.ch works on iOS devices, what are the other browsers / devices that failed? If they are all Microsoft Surface, I think we can rename the issue: “drawing triggers a scroll on IE10 Touch”.

Yes it was recent IE only.
