scri.ch should be more informative to non-JS users.

Homepage:
Add a short explanation on what scri.ch is about, and why it can not fully work without JavaScript.

Existing drawing page:
Add the same explanation, and the drawing in a <img>.

The explanation could be something like:

scri.ch is a hackable drawing tool.
You need to enable JavaScript in your browser settings in order to use scri.ch.
