Add node extensions compiled for musl so it'd work on alpine docker images #316

Right now extensions compiled only with glibc, so it needs at least a slim or debian image, but alpine is much lighter

The node SDK is built on top of the rust SDK, which also requires libwebrtc.

I think removing glibc in libwebrtc build process would be difficult.
