time report dosnt have all jira users

when opening the time report I need to select a user.
I start typing a specific user I need and the user is not in the list or does not exist
when I try typing a different user I can find other users in the list
the user I am looking for is Vincent-Philip. I do not know if the reason he cannot be found is that his name is in v and there allot of users before or because of the -
the user name is vseufe and I tried with hat also, and also did not bring any results.

when trying other names it works.
I also enabled the debugging and tried again.

so,
open time report,
start tayping in Vi no user in the list
start typing vs (for the user name) no user in the list

expected: have the user Vincent in the list

can you please provide me your temp User key, perform the request again and give me note of approx time you executed that request. This way, i can check the logs if i can find any suspecious.

Please activate Debugging in "About" dialog, provide me with your "Temp. User Key" and then perform at least one another "troubling" try. This way it will log the error and debug information to project owners StackDriver logging account where we can analyze it better.

I only tried to have the user is auto complete which did not work/find the user
(later when I used the user name and not the full name the auto compete did not work but when pressing enter i got data. I think its related to the user full name has -

@Blondstar sry for late reply, i had a few days vacation :)
I was reviewing the logs your provided during DEBUG mode. There isnt really any suspicious data. It looks all fine. Fetching user protocol is sadly truncated, so i wasnt able to confirm the relevant user was part of the listing result.
I will perform a few tests with the autocomplete UI function as i believe, its a UI/UX issue only. Jira API appears fine.

As long you can use the timereport by entering the name yourself, that should work for your for now.
