Acceptance criteria

• Collapse JS plugin accepts the target element, not the button element that controls the collapse

• the point is that I can have multiple buttons on a page that control the same collapse and specify it correctly using data-spirit-toggle and data-spirit-target and in all cases always get the same instance
• the problem is probably in https://github.com/lmc-eu/spirit-design-system/blob/main/packages/web/src/js/utils/ComponentFunctions.ts
• https://github.com/lmc-eu/spirit-design-system/blob/main/packages/web/src/js/Collapse.ts#L40C36-L40C36
  when the button id gets in and not the collapse element, this will need to be re-implemented
  refactor primarily by bootstrap
• if someone is using the API directly, that's a potential BC
