How to implement OP-CAT logic on this bot?

Seems like it is a bot for Lightening network's running bot.
I think after OP-CAT is arised then we can implement Smart contract logic on Bitcoin.
So we can extend this project scale and add more functionalities.
I will add my opinions later on.
