Command to repeat the last order

It is very common for users to create similar orders repeatedly. Therefore, a feature that allows them to quickly replicate their last order could be very useful, saving time and reducing manual entry errors.

This could be a /repeatLastOrder command that retrieves the details of the most recent buy/sell order. The system would display the order details in a message, allowing the user to review them and confirm the action before posting the order.
