This is a correlating issue to localgovdrupal/localgov_paragraphs#14

The address field to geofield gecoding needed UX improvements for Lambeth.

These changes would help to bring consistency, the desire being that address and location geocoding is consistent and easy across LocalGov Drupal.

We'll post our work here for review and discussion.
