Improve API and Examples for Using Basic Text and Numeric Indexing

Programmatic access to these indicies and query constraints is available but not part of the QueryBuilder API. Also, its not part of the CLI, or directly usable through GeoServer. All of these things would ease the use of this specialized indices without any customization required.
