Fixed getFatPercentageScale function to cover all weights range

Trying to fix Raspberry Pi issues, added measures

• Changed Dockerfile to pyton3.8:slim instead of alpine (mainly to be able to use the hciconfig command)
• Improved MQTT connection (now waits for connection ack before continuing)
• Improved error management from previous Catch All, including reset of BT interface
• Addition of Body Type and Metabolic Age measurements
• Hopefully an improved bluetooth connection by re-initialising the Bluetooth Delegate at each cycle
