Infinite spinner after submitting anything in the prompt

Our own examples have been loaded within BigQuery. A record exists in explore_assistant_examples, explore_assistant_refinement_examples and explore_assistant_samples.

Entering any value in the prompt whatsoever results in the same behavior. Tried simply entering "Hello" and same result.
Returning to the Explore Assistant in another session and I am unable to enter a new prompt. The Explore Assistant must be reset via the Settings popup.
