Hi Jack et al., beautiful and extremely useful work!
It would be very useful if there was a type of context that counted the number of licks in user-defined zones (analogous to the 'Reward' context's reward zones) and terminated a VR lap prematurely when that count exceeds a user-defined threshold. The point of this new 'VRTimeOut' context would be to 'punish' the animal if it licks too much outside of the RZ (which would be defined in a separate 'Reward' context).
It would be particularly useful if this termination could be associated with a longer than usual ITI (i.e. a longer 'time-out') but that might be harder to accomplish with the current logic and is not strictly necessary.
