Logging manual water deliveries

It would be very useful to track the timing of experimenter-delivered rewards (i.e. delivered using the 'Open Valve' button) independently of the rewards that the animal earned through licking. I believe right now these different events can only be distinguished through their relative timing compared to licks, but that is not always a reliable indicator.

I just created a pull request to address this (see for description #9)
