v1.5.5-beta.3 is available to test.

This beta dealt with some housekeeping issues on the flatpak build and in the app addressed search, which should now be more responsive and not freeze the app while the search executes. Some debugging warnings around search are active in this build.

Install with flatpak install --user https://dl.flathub.org/build-repo/142822/com.github.louis77.tuner.flatpakref

Run with flatpak run --user com.github.louis77.tuner

Please take it for a spin give it a thumbs up or comment on any issues you find.

Hi technosf,
I have tested the functions of tuner as far as possible. Now it works again as it should. The search also works correctly. The only thing I could not set was the dark view theme?

Tested on Linux Mint 22, Cinnamon 6.2.9, Kernel: 6.8.0-48,

The theme is disabled in the flathub distro - I'm looking into that in another ticket

@Prust57 That never worked, even in the older versions.

@technosf Is it OK if I build from source? Or is the flatpak the only version currently available for testing? I don't use flatpak, that is why I'm asking. If testing with building from source is an option, from which commit do I clone to get the beta 3 tree?

v1.5.5 Beta 4 - the last one before release I think. This beta adjusts the search timeouts so as to avoid ocaisonal contention and hangs - found by @bztd
