When I try to enter my email address to request a password reset, I get an error message that the user is not found. When I use the same email address to try registering I get an error that user already exists (214).

I'm having the same issue when trying to register. It tells me "already subscribed to the list. [214]" but if I try to reset password, user not found =(.
@Alex-Rod Sorry Alex, just saw this. When you initially registered the account, did you register using Facebook or Twitter? The app won't recognize a password if you authenticated via those methods.
I would recommend creating a new account with your email, or trying to log in via Facebook or Twitter.
