Multiple name specifications on zotero #14

Zotero allows two ways to specify the name:

    -   creatorType: author
        firstName: Michael
        lastName: Cochez

or

    -   creatorType: author
        name: Michael Cochez

Currently, we only deal with the first one. We can choose whether we want to fix this on the site, or otherwise request one way on zotero.
