Resolve Common JS dependencies in resources libraries

Currently all dependencies have to be resolved manually, which is less than ideal.
It'd be great if the server-side resource libraries could look at require statements, and include the other necessary modules (like cjsdelivery does).
Needs to work in the following languages:

• Ruby
• Java
• Javascript (nodejs)
• Python (possibly django specific)
