Nuxt 3 module

I've created a Nuxt 3 playground https://github.com/wobsoriano/nuxt-lucia-demo

If you like it, I can PR a Nuxt module out of it 😄

They will install it to Nuxt as easy as...

1. Add to nuxt.config.ts

2. Create auth handler in ~/server/api/auth/[...].ts

That's great! Really happy to see Lucia in other environments. Anything particular that could improve compatibility with other frameworks? Would love to add it to repo but my hands are kinda full right now... But if you can publish it as its own library, I'm happy to create to a community page in the docs that showcases stuff like these.

I think the playground is fine then. Could be labeled as "sample usage with Nuxt".
