It would be a good idea to swap to a random id since we are dealing with user submissions.
If we drop support for the failing versions on CI, we can use this one
If you intend to keep the older versions of python we can use this one
Both choices maintain the use of an integer type so migrations work and integrations don't require changes to existing code.
