The system is Windows 10 and has been updated with the latest graphics card driver and installed VC, but it is still invalid. According to the log output, it should be an issue related to SML interface rendering

Don't set administrator flags for sky as it potentially breaks vulkan layers. You also seem to have other overlays running (geforce experience) so please try to disable all of those first. Also try to remove TSM and boot sky only with SML to ensure that it's related to sml and not tsm.

After following your steps to disable geforce experience and cancel administrator status to run and delete TSM, it still does not work.
Meanwhile, there are others in the same situation. Sky can start successfully on its own, but if SML is installed, it cannot start
