It just requires bash and ffmpeg, so Windows is already supported. The ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ was referring to installation, I don't know of a reliable simple way to install bash + ffmpeg to your PATH in Windows.

Just use WSL.

WSL wasn't a thing when I built this but happy to accept a PR with simple installation instructions using WSL.
