Lume verification

Looking for help getting the Lume verification process right!

I was following this tutorial to NIP-05 verify my account and got the required hosting and .json file, but I'm not sure what to enter in the "Lume ID / NIP-05" field to get the verification process going.

I tried the full url to the .json file, the website itself, added ?name=Structief as well, but it keeps on loading.

What obvious mistake am I making?

Hi,
If you want to update your NIP-05, you just need to input [email protected]

look like the UX in this step cause a bit of confuse, I will improve it in next version

Thanks! I believe I've got it all right this time, but the loading state persists:

1. Nostr.json file here
2. HTTPS enabled by default
3. Using "[email protected]"

Is there anything I'm missing? Thanks!

Ah, I found a problem. Your HTTPS is not working properly, so Lume cannot verify your NIP-05.
when you add NIP-05, Lume will send fetch request to this url: https://nightknight.be/.well-known/nostr.json?name=structief

You're right, apologies! I updated my self-signed certificate with a Letsencrypt, so that's fixed, and I've tried both my npub and public key, but the spinner keeps loading.

Is there any way I can debug or share logs, maybe that would help? Thank you!

I see your nip-05 is fine now, the remain error is bug in my code, I will release fix for it in the next version
or you can use other client to update nip-05 for now
