Stop logging the processing of fulfillments on 0

My console is spammed with “Processed 0 fulfillments”
and it’s most likely this part of the code. Can you just check if the value of “l” is more than 0? I’m not asking for a configurable system cuz OH GOD CONFIG EVERY DEV’S WORST NIGHTMARE. So maybe next update 😉 😉?
