Hi, I'm in arch linux based distribution, the driver is working, is connecting in others Wi-Fi, but I can't use the tp link to create a hotspot conection when my PC is connected in the Ethernet, how I can do this?

When I use the KDE interface returns "the device does not support Ad-Hoc networks", but in windows I use the same device to do this.

The device can support ad-hoc networks if the driver does. Obviously, the Linux driver does not. You will need to use hostap to create an AP.

this driver has additional patches than what ships with 6.1.21 kernel?

Yes, it does.
