缺失部分文件和依赖 #1

Hi， lxcong

这个项目很棒，但是我在安装中发现了以下问题：

完成安装还需要以下模块支持（可能还不完整）
statsd
PyYAML
PyMongo(2.8)
datadiff
tornado
mongodb-server
在项目中少了静态文件目录
cherrypy中少了lib目录

是否可以补充下呢？我可以充当小白鼠测试 :)

gitignore 里为啥连lib也忽略掉呢，一堆文件都没了。。
