alert: Update parser daily volume for new batch gardener pipeline

Gardener has a pseudo daily pipeline that runs the last three days continuously.

The daily parser volume alerts and recording rules should be updated to include the new batch parser.

The current implementation just triggers processing of yesterday's data at 3am. It does not preferentially reprocess any other days.
