Updating Privacy Policy for RNP

Hi, for the RNP MOU, we agreed to add language for Brazil's privacy law LGPD.

It's worth going over it somewhat closely, since the document that makes up that page is in markdown format, and the original is in Google Docs. Google Docs has a useful feature to download documents in markdown format, so that gave me a pretty big head start, but I still had to correct some things the export did wrong.

Hi @nkinkade I found some small typos / things I didn't catch when I first made the doc. What is best way for me to indicate those? Such as on your markdown doc, for example?
