Just saw the "Pull Request" for #356

Is this something that is implemented already? I'm pretty new to github, have a JP version A6600, and want to unlock English on it.

I think I understand the Zadig driver instructions and using the GUI to enter tweaks and unlock the camera, but I don't want to brick my camera.
