The Google Taxonomy data has been last updated on 21 September 2021. We need to update this repo with it.

https://www.google.com/basepages/producttype/taxonomy-with-ids.en-US.txt

You can use https://github.com/maalexi/google-product-category-finder/blob/main/script.js to generate the JSON out of the text file.
