I build cpuminer myself on macos. Is there available MacOS binary? I think its helpful for mac users! :)

I found the build instruction and it works.

現在mac用のバイナリはありません。ですので、もしよろしければ提供してもらえたら幸いです。

Currently there us no macOS binary. So if you provide the binary ,it's pleasure to all.
