Nokia 6.1: Differences between TA- variants?

What are the differences between these TA- variants of the Nokia 6.1? Which region are they for?

Nokia 6.1 | TA-1050
Nokia 6.1 | TA-1045
Nokia 6.1 | TA-1043
Nokia 6.1 | TA-1016
Nokia 6.1 (Dual SIM) | TA-1054

Note that in the Google Play supported devices list the TA-1054 is listed as the Nokia 6, not 6.1. This is because HMD couldn't decide what to call the second generation phones at their first release, but later settled on 6.1, 6.2 etc instead of 6 (2017), 6 (2018) etc. However, their website web address still use the main number and the year, not the dot number.
