any reason for redcarpet to be limited to version 2? i already depend on 3.0 on my application so i had to change this

The latest version of sir-trevor-rails is in the v4 branch here: https://github.com/madebymany/sir-trevor-rails/tree/v4

That version has upgraded RedCarpet and lots of other fixes so I'd recommend using that (it'll get merged into master soon)
