Tasks should have an in-progress state
Since this could add complexity to the logging process, tasks that transition directly from todo to done state shall be treated differently to tasks that have had it's progress logged.

This means tasks will also have an option to transition back to a todo state from in-progress.
Tasks that are in progress will be considered on a dashboard.
This will complicate the task-click action to mark tasks as completed.
Dragging a latch into place is a possible alternative to the UI.
