Feature Request: Re-Generate HTML files when template is updated

It would be great if there was an option to re-generate all of the HTML files when the md-template.html file is updated. Or perhaps some other way to bulk re-generate HTML files?
Currently it seems like the only way to do so is to delete and regenerate each HTML file or edit each markdown file individually.

Great extension though, much appreciated.
