Installed product versions

Visual Studio: [ 2019 Commuity Ver 16.11.7]
This extension: [1.12.253]

Description

When VsVim extension loaded, and enabled,
Markdown Editor will not open a markdown file.

Steps to recreate

Create and edit readme.md.
Close readme.md.
Install VsVim
Restart VS2019
Open readme.md: FAIL to open readme.md
Manage Extensions\Disable VsVim.
Restart VS2019.
Markdown Editor can now open readme.md.

Current behavior

With VsVim plugin loaded,
Markdown Editor will not open a markdown file.

Expected behavior

With the VsVim extension enabled,
Markdown Editor should open a markdown file.
