Releases and Tags

It would be helpful to add tags and provide releases. For example, the documentation explains how to install the Miniblog template, but the code downloaded isn't the latest version. This isn't in itself a bad thing because subsequent commits may not have been fully tested. However, had a tag been used people could more easily identity what they were getting.
