NuGet template package outdated

Hi @madskristensen !!

First of all thanks a lot for this and other works that help us both in certain projects, ideas and in productivity with certain extensions.

In relation to this project which I wanted to take advantage and use, and in which if you consider I also can help, I would first know if it is possible to update the current template NuGet package.
The documentation (README) as well as the packate seems to be outdated compared to the current code in master.

For example, the template seems stagnant in version 2.0, however the project is already updated to version 6.0.
