The [Deploy to Azure] button is broken.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://github.com/madskristensen/Miniblog.Core'
  2. Click on [Deploy To Azure]
  3. See error

Expected behavior
It either works or the button should be removed from the readme.md.
