I have reproduced the issue.
Please note that:

  1. there is only 1 shipping method in my case: «$17.503,50 -Peso Volumétrico - Mejor Tarifa».
  2. the shipping rate is incorrectly shows as «$0,00» instead of «$17.503,50».
