In the Checkout I am using a payment gateway called "klarna checkout". I want to remove the "Delivery" and "payment" option menu, because "klarna checkout" is a one page checkout solution payment gateway which the user just enter their e-mail address, address and personal number for credit check if they choose to take the order on invoice or split it.

After the payment window, I want the "Delivery" option before the order is complete.
